Pinterest has quickly made a name for itself in the world of social networking, and many companies have started to jump on board in order to reach the millions of people who are currently using the site.
But some companies haven’t yet realized how to analyze their reach on the new network, so they don’t know whether or not their use of Pinterest is having any type of effect on their business.
Luckily, there are analytics tools out there to help those businesses learn more about their Pinterest endeavors.
Curalate understands that Pinterest does not work the same way as Facebook, Twitter and the other text-based social networks. Pinterest works with images, and Curalate created a special algorithm designed to help your company learn and understand your brand’s social curation. Curalate locates all the people who are pinning and discussing your brand through Pinterest and provides you with this data in an easy to read format. You can also respond directly to those users through their dashboard. Curalate also provides you with real data on your leading fans—even if they don’t follow you—and will also show you which exact items are generating the most interest across Pinterest. And the best part? They’ll even provide you with graphed analytics so that you can see exactly how your company is doing against your competitors.
Pinerly is your one stop shop for all things Pinterest. From the site, you can post your images directly to Pinterest. Plus, Pinerly allows you to optimize your posts. You can optimize your content and descriptions so that they’re using the best keywords to drive traffic, and you can also schedule your images so that they post at the most popular times in order to reach the most people. You can even measure your activity through Pinerly to see exactly how your content performs once it’s been posted. Their easy to use format will show you how many re-pins and likes your items have received as well as inform you as to how many times your image has been clicked through.
Pinfluencer is another great analytics tool for Pinterest. With Pinfluencer, you can learn more about your most influential pinners as well as which of your followers are the most engaged with your brand. You can also learn which of your images are the most popular and which of your boards is resonating best with your following. Pinfluencer will also teach you which of your items is providing you with the most ROI, and you can even view a graph to let you know exactly how your company is doing on Pinterest compared to your competition.
Pinpuff is a free tool that allows you to learn how you influence others on Pinterest as well as provide you with information on the reach of your posts. Pinpuff will then assign you with a score based on an analysis of your Pinterest strategy and provide you with a monetary value of your pins so that you know which ones are worth more to your company. Pinpuff will also use their findings to provide you with tips to help you reach more people and use Pinterest more effectively for your business.
If your company is using Pinterest, you need to employ one of these four analytics tools to help you learn the reach of your pins, understand what’s working for your business, and learn how you’re competing against your competition.
