Description of project:

Bench Memorials design quality high end bespoke memorial furniture. They contacted us in January 2011 wishing to increase their organic search engine ranking for their primary keyword "memorial benches".

benchmemorials.co.uk were ranking between 50th and 75th on Google UK before approaching us and by May 2011, we got them onto the first page of Google for their target term. We believe there may have been some potentially bad association with the domain as a result of previous SEO's work as increasing the clients rank was gradual and required considerable effort. This then led to a website design project for this site which saw optimisation work postponed whilst the design project went live.

The new Bench Memorials website was launched at the beginning of October 2011 and now SEO has proceeded to achieve top three rank in Google UK for "memorial benches".
